Job Summary: Join our customer's team as Accountants and Auditors, contributing your specialized expertise to a pioneering AI training and data labelling project. In this role, you will leverage your advanced auditing knowledge to ensure high-quality, accurate financial data that powers next-generation AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Prepare, audit, and evaluate financial statements, offering critical insights for ongoing improvements.
3. Advise on and install systems for recording costs, financial, and budgetary data to support organizational transparency.
4. Provide guidance on complex taxation issues, leveraging in-depth knowledge of tax codes and compliance standards.
5. Review and improve current accounting procedures and documentation for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
6. Collaborate with the customer's team through clear, professional written and verbal communication to solve intricate financial challenges.
7. Contribute expert-level insights to AI training processes by sharing scenario-based knowledge and best practices from real-world accounting and auditing experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
3. Deep understanding of Economics and Accounting principles, Taxation, Law and Government regulations.
4. Extensive experience in preparing, analyzing, and auditing financial statements.
5. Proven expertise in establishing or improving cost recording and budgetary systems.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
7. Relevant job title experience such as CPA, Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, or Revenue Tax Specialist.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience collaborating on projects for AI training or data-driven system improvements.
2. Advanced knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-jurisdictional tax regulations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation in financial processes.
