As an Accounting Specialist, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert-level insights on accounts reconciliation and ensure financial data integrity.
2. Review and validate financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
3. Utilize ERP and accounting software to input, review, and audit financial information.
4. Break down complex accounting concepts for annotation, review, or training purposes.
5. Offer detailed feedback to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI financial models.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine AI training datasets based on real-world accounting scenarios.
7. Document processes, methodologies, and observations to further AI model development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting or related finance roles.
2. Demonstrated expertise in accounts reconciliation and financial accuracy.
3. Proficiency in using ERP platforms and leading accounting software tools.
4. Deep knowledge of accounting principles, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
6. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and precision.
7. Ability to translate accounting procedures into actionable data or feedback for technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience participating in technology-driven projects or process improvement initiatives.
2. Background in training, process documentation, or knowledge transfer within finance/accounting.
3. Interest in AI, machine learning, or data science applications.
