Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize large language model (LLM) solutions using Python.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional experts to identify and solve real-world AI challenges.
3. Develop scalable machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
4. Evaluate the performance of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective improvements.
5. Document processes and results clearly, ensuring high standards of written communication.
6. Stay abreast of developments in AI, suggesting novel approaches and tools to enhance team capabilities.
7. Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience as an AI Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering AI-driven products.
2. Expertise in Python and working knowledge of libraries relevant to machine learning and LLMs.
3. Deep understanding of large language models, including fine-tuning and deployment practices.
4. Proven ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
5. Experience working collaboratively in remote, distributed teams.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about advancing AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines.
3. Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
