Join our customer's team as an Architectural Design & CAD Expert, where you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the future of design technology. This unique opportunity allows you to showcase your expertise in Rhino3D and Vectorworks while participating in a pioneering project to capture and communicate the authentic, day-to-day workflows and decision-making processes of experienced architectural designers. Your work will directly inform and teach AI how top professionals think, strategize, and deliver exceptional architectural documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and execute full-cycle architectural design workflows from concept modeling to comprehensive drawing sets using Rhino3D and Vectorworks.

• Develop, refine, and detail 3D models, ensuring design integrity throughout all phases.

• Organize and manage digital files, layers, and documentation for optimal project coordination.

• Produce precise plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents aligned with project objectives.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues, sharing your workflow and rationale to clarify technical decisions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and modeling challenges as they arise.

• Provide clear, professional written and verbal communication to facilitate efficient teamwork and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in Rhino3D and Vectorworks with hands-on experience delivering full architectural projects.

• Strong file coordination, organization, and management skills.

• Deep understanding of technical workflows in architectural design and documentation.

• Ability to develop detailed 3D models and translate concepts into construction-ready drawings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on articulating design intent and technical details.

• Creative problem-solver adept at navigating technical and workflow challenges.
