Job Title: Bengali Language Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and correct machine-generated Bengali transcriptions to ensure linguistic accuracy and natural fluency.
2. Record clear and high-quality audio renditions of Bengali text using reliable equipment in a quiet environment.
3. Transcribe spoken Bengali with precision and attention to contextual nuances.
4. Create accurate captions to accompany audio or video content for various applications.
5. Collaborate with the customer's team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
6. Provide feedback on linguistic challenges and contribute ideas for workflow improvements.
7. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every stage of the language processing pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Fluent proficiency in Bengali, with a strong grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
2. Demonstrated experience in transcription, captioning, and/or voice acting.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.
4. Ability to identify and correct errors in machine-generated transcriptions.
5. Access to good audio recording equipment; a standard laptop mic is acceptable if in a quiet environment.
6. Proven attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality linguistic work.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience supporting AI or technology-driven language projects.
2. Background in linguistics, media, or related fields.
3. Experience working with multicultural or international teams.
