Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate written materials accurately between Burmese and English, ensuring meaning and context are preserved.
2. Review, edit, and proofread Burmese content for clarity, grammar, and tone consistency.
3. Contribute to the development of high-quality datasets used in AI language training.
4. Provide nuanced feedback on translations and Burmese linguistic outputs from AI systems.
5. Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to refine language resources and workflows.
6. Analyze complex language data to identify trends, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances.
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive linguistic information with discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Native proficiency in Burmese with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
2. Advanced command of English, capable of expressing complex ideas clearly across both languages.
3. Demonstrated experience in translation, writing, or editing in Burmese and English.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and quality in language tasks.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
6. Strong written communication for documenting language data and feedback.
7. Familiarity with standard translation tools or content management systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in language data creation, localization, or AI-related projects.
