You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions with a focus on high quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize C# applications and services in alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
2. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.
3. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, working closely with DevOps to streamline workflows and deployments on Azure and AWS.
4. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices in object-oriented programming.
5. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
7. Document technical decisions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of professional C# development experience, with a strong foundation in .NET and object-oriented programming.
2. Expertise in design patterns and best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
3. Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
4. Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
5. Strong DevOps skills, including CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
6. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, Agile environment.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for AI training collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience contributing to AI or machine learning projects.
2. Background in training or mentoring other developers.
3. Familiarity with additional programming languages or cloud services.
