Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Calibration Technologist or Technician and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in measurement systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that critical equipment and devices are precisely calibrated, using your technical expertise and sharp analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze test data to identify defects or determine calibration requirements for various devices and instruments.

• Calibrate devices by comparing measurements of pressure, temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors to established standards.

• Conduct calibration tests to evaluate the performance, reliability, and compliance of mechanical, structural, or electromechanical equipment.

• Develop and implement new calibration methods or techniques in alignment with current measurement science and evolving calibration requirements.

• Prepare comprehensive calibration reports, documenting procedures, results, and any required follow-up actions.

• Participate in conferences, workshops, or training sessions to stay informed on emerging calibration tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure calibration processes meet organizational quality and compliance objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in instrumentation, metrology, engineering, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in environmental measurement and calibration of devices such as temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors.

• Demonstrated experience analyzing test data for defect detection and calibration decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of calibration and reporting.

• Proficient in the use of calibration software, tools, and documentation practices.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setting.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience developing or improving calibration techniques and methods.

• Professional certifications in metrology, calibration, or instrumentation.

• Experience participating in industry conferences, training, or thought-leadership events.
