micro1 is engaging Chemistry Experts to contribute their advanced domain knowledge to a customer's innovative project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Scope of Work

  1. Review and analyze technical chemistry content, identifying areas for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  2. Produce, edit, and validate experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, and technical analyses aligned with project requirements.
  3. Generate detailed explanations of chemistry concepts, mechanisms, and processes for diverse levels of complexity.
  4. Assess and fact-check chemical equations, data sets, and procedural steps.
  5. Collaborate with project coordinators via written and verbal communication to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  6. Provide structured feedback on chemistry-related data and documentation to support model development.
  7. Contribute to the creation and refinement of project guidelines based on your subject-matter expertise.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or closely related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience producing experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, or technical analyses in academic or industrial settings.
  3. Strong command of contemporary chemical theory, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and technical accuracy.
  5. Detail-oriented approach to reviewing scientific data, documentation, and procedures.
  6. Ability to convey complex chemical concepts to both experts and non-experts.
  7. Experience collaborating in remote or distributed project environments is a plus.
