Job Summary: As a Engineer (All Domains), you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and interpret authentic Slack conversations, email threads, and internal files from real startup environments.
2. Trace workplace decisions, identify action items, dependencies, blockers, and unresolved issues across distributed communications.
3. Synthesize fragmented information from multiple sources and timelines to create complex, realistic tasks for AI agent evaluation.
4. Develop multi-step workflows that mirror real-world knowledge work scenarios and evolving business contexts.
5. Write clear, context-rich prompts and evaluation rubrics grounded in authentic workplace data.
6. Resolve ambiguities, connect context, and distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information with accuracy.
7. Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling genuine, sensitive workplace materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for clarity and context.
2. Demonstrated experience interpreting unstructured, messy workplace communications and documents.
3. Ability to connect and synthesize information across conversations, files, and evolving business situations.
4. Experience transforming fragmented inputs into structured, multi-step tasks or workflows.
5. Proven skill in identifying blockers, dependencies, and unresolved questions in complex environments.
6. Strong judgment distinguishing key context from noise in fast-paced settings.
7. Meticulous approach to data privacy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in operations, project management, startup leadership, account management, or similar roles.
2. Generalist with hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-growth business or startup environments.
3. Prior exposure to process mapping or knowledge management is a plus.
