Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Venture Capital Partner and play a pivotal role in identifying, investing in, and supporting high-potential startups in dynamic markets. Key Responsibilities

1. Originate, evaluate, and lead venture investments, conducting rigorous due diligence and market analysis.
2. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts.
3. Drive portfolio value creation by advising startups on business development, fundraising, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Represent the customer’s team at industry events, pitch sessions, and networking opportunities to enhance deal flow and brand visibility.
5. Develop investment theses and present clear, compelling recommendations to internal committees.
6. Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic guidance to optimize growth and mitigate risk.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to refine investment strategies and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven track record in venture capital, private equity, or startup leadership roles.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas.
3. Deep analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and market research.
4. Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing investment opportunities.
