Job Title: Financial Documents Specialist (Chinese)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage your advanced knowledge of financial documents to create, analyze, and review finance-related content in Chinese.
2. Develop, format, and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Apply financial expertise to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of diverse financial documents and data sets.
4. Provide clear, precise written and verbal explanations about financial documentation processes in Chinese.
5. Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality data that supports the development and training of AI models.
6. Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling sensitive financial information.
7. Meet deadlines and deliver projects aligned with Fortune 500 standards of excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
3. 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance, focused on creating or managing financial documents.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced document and data formatting skills.
5. Demonstrated experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
7. Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly in both English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Based in the US and familiar with US financial documentation standards.
2. Experience with cross-functional teams or in AI/data training environments.
