Job Title: Financial Documents Specialist (Portuguese)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage your advanced knowledge of finance to review, create, and refine financial documents in Portuguese.
2. Produce, edit, and evaluate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Provide detailed feedback on document accuracy, clarity, and relevance for AI model training purposes.
4. Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to ensure data and documents align with Fortune 500 standards and best practices.
5. Assess and validate financial terminology, calculations, and structures within complex documents.
6. Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes and articulate findings clearly.
7. Contribute real-world finance expertise to shape AI-driven workflows and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Native-level proficiency in Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, with hands-on expertise working with financial documents.
4. Demonstrated experience creating and managing financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high quality and accuracy in financial documentation.
6. Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver timely results.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Based in the US or significant familiarity with US financial standards and reporting practices.
2. Previous exposure to AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
3. Advanced certifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
