Job Summary: As a Food Delivery App User Tester, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.
2. Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
3. Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
4. Document your thought process and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English.
5. Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
6. Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Active user of food delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver).
2. Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems.
3. Ability to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate search result relevance.
4. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — clarity and detail matter.
5. Proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
6. Keen attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality, constructive feedback.
7. Comfortable working independently and managing remote tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in beta testing or user research for mobile apps or digital platforms.
2. Background or interest in UX, AI, or digital product feedback.
3. Exposure to a variety of food delivery platforms and markets.
