As an expert in store operations, you will leverage your hands-on experience to optimize every aspect of the retail process, supporting the development of cutting-edge AI training datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end grocery retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and in-store execution.
2. Apply expertise in nutrition, health, health sciences, and disease control to enhance store practices and product placement.
3. Contribute to the creation and validation of AI training data by providing insights into real-world retail environments.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and deliver operational excellence.
5. Analyze and optimize store layouts, planograms, and inventory systems to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
6. Document best practices and operational workflows with a strong focus on clear written and verbal communication.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in grocery retail and integrate relevant innovations into recommendations.
