Job Title: Healthcare Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate, review, and provide expert feedback on clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data.
  2. Apply your knowledge in medical practice, clinical research, or healthcare administration to improve AI-driven healthcare solutions.
  3. Analyze and audit virtual hospital operations, patient documentation, and workflow scenarios.
  4. Develop and critique case studies, healthcare simulations, and medical decision-making content.
  5. Collaborate closely with a global team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and relevant healthcare insights.
  6. Document findings, insights, and recommendations with a strong focus on clarity and precision.
  7. Engage in regular communication with project leads and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree (MD, RN, or equivalent) in medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration.
  2. Minimum 5-10+ years of clinical practice, hospital administration, or relevant healthcare experience.
  3. Proven expertise in clinical treatment protocols, research, or hospital operational audits.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—this is a core requirement for the project.
  5. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering error-free work.
  6. Comfortable collaborating within a diverse, remote global team environment.
  7. Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week to project tasks.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a Clinical Director, Senior Registered Nurse, or Healthcare Administrator in a multidisciplinary setting.
  2. Prior involvement in healthcare simulation, digital health projects, or clinical data analysis.
  3. Located in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM.
