Job Summary: As a Infrastructure Engineer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to ensure robust system performance and reliability.
2. Support network operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
3. Implement new systems and enhancements, aligning with modern best practices in infrastructure management.
4. Collaborate closely with the customer's team to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
5. Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
6. Support the integration of virtualization technologies into existing environments.
7. Proactively monitor system health and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Expertise in network administration and infrastructure management.
2. Strong experience with virtualization technologies and platforms.
3. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
4. Proficiency with written and verbal communication in a remote, collaborative environment.
5. Solid understanding of system security best practices and strategies.
6. Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization.
7. Ability to document technical processes clearly and thoroughly.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with VMware solutions.
2. Previous work supporting distributed teams or remote environments.
3. Background in supporting teams for innovative and growing organizations.
