In this unique hybrid role, you will process insurance claims and policies while also providing hands-on feedback to AI systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare insurance claim forms and related documents, reviewing them for completeness and accuracy.
- Calculate claim amounts in accordance with policy terms and company standards.
- Post or attach relevant information to claim files, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Transmit claims for payment or further investigation as needed, following internal protocols.
- Contact insured individuals or other involved parties to gather missing or additional information.
- Collaborate closely with the AI development team, providing structured feedback to enhance claims- and policy-related AI models.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication to document real-world scenarios and clarify insurance terminology for AI training purposes.
