In this unique hybrid role, you will process insurance claims and policies while also providing hands-on feedback to AI systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare insurance claim forms and related documents, reviewing them for completeness and accuracy.
  2. Calculate claim amounts in accordance with policy terms and company standards.
  3. Post or attach relevant information to claim files, ensuring thorough documentation.
  4. Transmit claims for payment or further investigation as needed, following internal protocols.
  5. Contact insured individuals or other involved parties to gather missing or additional information.
  6. Collaborate closely with the AI development team, providing structured feedback to enhance claims- and policy-related AI models.
  7. Utilize excellent written and verbal communication to document real-world scenarios and clarify insurance terminology for AI training purposes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven experience processing insurance claims and policies, with a strong understanding of related workflows.
