Job Title: Junior FreeCAD Designer (3D Modeling)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and refine 3D models using FreeCAD in collaboration with the customer's team for AI training purposes.
2. Interpret and follow detailed design briefs and technical specifications accurately.
3. Provide constructive feedback on model quality and usability for AI learning processes.
4. Document modeling workflows and methodologies to support knowledge transfer within the project.
5. Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels to clarify requirements and share insights.
6. Iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure models meet project standards and objectives.
7. Maintain organized files and version control for all modeling work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in FreeCAD for 3D modeling and design tasks.
2. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for geometrical accuracy.
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
4. Ability to follow technical instructions and adapt to evolving project needs.
5. Understanding of basic engineering or design principles.
6. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques relevant to AI training.
7. Reliable organization and time management skills in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working with datasets or for AI/ML-related projects.
2. Background in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related technical field.
