Job Summary:

Join our forward-thinking customer's team as a Linear User/Specialist, where your expertise in Linear will help shape the future of AI-powered workflows. In this expert-level, remote role, you will play a key part in training and optimizing AI systems by leveraging your hands-on experience and deep understanding of the Linear platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Linear at the user level to support AI training initiatives.
2. Test and evaluate Linear workflows and features, providing structured feedback to enhance AI learning.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify workflow improvements.
4. Document and communicate process details clearly, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Analyze user behaviors and usage patterns within Linear to support data-driven decisions.
6. Help develop and refine guidelines for best practices in Linear usage tailored to AI training needs.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest updates to Linear and proactively share relevant information with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Linear (not administrator or developer).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
4. Comfort with remote collaboration and digital communication tools.
5. Analytical thinker with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
6. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
7. Familiarity with AI training or willingness to learn about AI-driven processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
