Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create, review, and edit a variety of marketing documents, including presentations, reports, and spreadsheets in Portuguese using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Apply your understanding of marketing principles to ensure documents align with industry standards and client objectives.
3. Collaborate with the customer’s team to generate high-quality content and documentation for AI training purposes.
4. Analyze marketing materials for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness, providing constructive feedback to optimize output.
5. Translate marketing ideas and data into visually compelling presentations and organized spreadsheets.
6. Uphold high standards of written and verbal communication in both Portuguese and English, ensuring seamless collaboration.
7. Leverage your experience working with Fortune 500 companies to deliver best-in-class documentation and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Native-level Portuguese language proficiency, with demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3. 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, specifically creating and managing marketing documents.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a portfolio of well-crafted documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
5. Proven experience supporting or collaborating with Fortune 500 organizations.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate marketing documentation.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Currently based in the US for optimal collaboration with cross-functional, global teams.
2. Prior participation in AI-related projects or familiarity with AI training data requirements.
