Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transcribe Mizo-language videos with accurate and clearly defined timestamps.
2. Describe and annotate the emotional undertones and nuances of speakers in both spoken and written content.
3. Analyze complex grammar structures and language tone in Mizo and English.
4. Define conceptual and contextual meanings of words and phrases for linguistic improvement tasks.
5. Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to maintain high standards of linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
6. Perform advanced language data analysis to inform and refine AI model development.
7. Deliver detailed linguistic feedback and documentation for ongoing language projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Native or near-native proficiency in both Mizo and English, with exceptional command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions.
2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate insights and feedback clearly.
3. Strong analytical skills in deconstructing language, tone, and speaker intent.
4. Experience with transcription, linguistic annotation, or similar language-focused work.
5. Comfort working with digital tools and maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
6. Proven attention to detail, especially in nuanced language and timestamping tasks.
7. Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in linguistics, language teaching, translation, or related fields.
2. Previous experience working with AI, language data, or technology-driven projects.
