Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Odia Language Expert to join our customer's team as an AI Trainer. This pivotal role will focus on harnessing your linguistic expertise to enhance AI language models through high-quality writing, editing, and translation. If you have a deep command of the Odia language and a knack for clear communication, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write, review, and edit Odia language content for a variety of AI training projects.
2. Translate complex texts between Odia and English, ensuring contextual accuracy and cultural relevance.
3. Provide detailed linguistic feedback and corrections to improve language models.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine content guidelines and ensure linguistic consistency.
5. Maintain meticulous quality standards and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
6. Regularly contribute insights on Odia language trends, nuances, and regional dialects.
7. Ensure all written and spoken communication meets professional standards for clarity and correctness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Native or near-native proficiency in Odia language (written and verbal).
2. Proven experience in editing, writing, and translating Odia content.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify linguistic inaccuracies.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating feedback with clarity.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
6. Familiarity with AI, NLP, or language technology projects is a plus.
7. Reliable internet connection and aptitude for digital collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Odia, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
2. Experience as an AI language trainer or similar human-in-the-loop AI project contributor.
3. Knowledge of regional Odia dialects and language variations.
