Job Summary: As a Project Management Specialist, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to simulate and improve real-world project management processes for AI training purposes.
2. Perform comprehensive risk assessments and articulate strategic plans, ensuring data-driven project simulations.
3. Demonstrate advanced budget management and resource allocation skills throughout various project lifecycles.
4. Provide structured feedback and scenario-based input on stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and project communication.
5. Contribute validated documentation and communications to inform the development of AI models with accurate, industry-standard project management procedures.
6. Analyze and provide insights into the entire SDLC, identifying potential improvements and risks at each phase.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, with a proven track record leading Agile and Scrum teams.
2. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with an emphasis on articulating complex project scenarios clearly.
3. Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, budget management, and resource allocation across multi-phase projects.
4. Solid understanding of the project lifecycle (SDLC) and strategic planning best practices.
5. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate diverse project environments.
6. Detail-oriented with the capacity to provide nuanced, scenario-specific inputs and recommendations.
7. Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment, showing initiative and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
2. Prior experience collaborating in technology-driven or AI-related projects.
3. Background in mentoring or coaching project teams in remote settings.
