Job Title: Twi Bilingual Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and annotate Twi language content from video sources, ensuring precise timestamps and contextual accuracy.
- Analyze and document the emotional tone, speaker intent, and communication nuances in both Twi and English.
- Evaluate and describe grammatical structures, tone, and conceptual aspects of words within contextually rich dialogues.
- Perform complex language-related tasks, such as defining and explaining advanced vocabulary and idiomatic expressions.
- Deliver clear, concise written documentation and verbal feedback as part of the language analysis process.
- Work collaboratively with the customer's team to ensure linguistic fidelity and detailed language insights.
- Commit at least 15 hours per week to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Twi and excellent command of English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in transcription, translation, or linguistic analysis tasks involving complex content.
- Keen ability to detect and describe emotion, tone, and speaker intent in multimedia content.
- Strong analytical mind with the capacity to clearly explain language concepts and grammatical nuances.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and annotation tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in linguistics, translation studies, or language education.
- Previous experience with AI data annotation, speech recognition, or language technology projects.
- Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and subtitling tools.
