Job Summary:


Join our customer’s team as a Voice Actress specializing in US/Canada accents and bring scripts to life with authenticity, clarity, and emotional impact. In this expert-level role, your voice will play a key part in shaping engaging audio experiences across a variety of projects, helping train and refine next-generation AI systems and creative productions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality voice performances in a natural US or Canadian accent across commercial, narrative, and conversational scripts.
  2. Interpret scripts with emotional depth and nuance, adapting tone, pacing, and delivery based on direction.
  3. Participate in live or recorded direction sessions to refine performance and ensure alignment with creative goals.
  4. Record clean, professional-grade audio from a home studio setup, maintaining consistency and clarity.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including producers, linguists, and AI specialists.
  6. Revise and re-record content based on feedback to meet quality and accuracy standards.
  7. Organize and submit recordings efficiently while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  1. Native or near-native fluency in English with a clear US or Canadian accent.
  2. Strong vocal control with the ability to convey emotion, tone shifts, and natural conversational flow.
  3. Experience with voice recording tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar) and basic audio editing.
  4. Access to a quiet recording environment and a quality microphone setup.
  5. Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work setting.
  6. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines independently.
  7. Portfolio or samples demonstrating voice work (commercial, narration, character, or similar).


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in voice acting, dubbing, podcasting, or content creation.
  2. Background in acting, broadcasting, or performance arts.
  3. Familiarity with AI voice/data collection projects or speech training datasets.
  4. Ability to perform multiple tones or subtle character variations within a neutral accent range.
