Job Summary: As a Web Developer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites for the customer’s team

• Integrate backend APIs and efficiently handle data exchange between frontend and backend services

• Collaborate closely with design teams to deliver seamless, visually appealing user experiences

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications to ensure high performance and scalability

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices

• Contribute to project planning and offer insights on technical feasibility and solutions

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating modern, accessible layouts

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript for dynamic web functionality

• In-depth experience integrating and consuming backend APIs

• Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser design principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely

• Experience collaborating in distributed teams and using digital project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms

• Prior experience working with international or Silicon Valley-based companies

• Exposure to version control systems like Git
