Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and style.
2. Develop and implement training materials and datasets for AI models, focusing on improving narrative structure and linguistic quality.
3. Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide actionable feedback for AI training iterations.
4. Identify and analyze patterns in AI outputs to enhance model performance and minimize errors.
5. Conduct research on current writing trends, genres, and best practices to inform AI training strategies.
6. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Champion best practices in written communication, ensuring AI aligns with the customer's editorial guidelines and intended voice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a writer, author, editor, or related role with a strong portfolio of published work.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with acute attention to detail and nuance.
3. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
4. Demonstrated ability to critique, revise, and enhance long-form and short-form content.
5. Ability to interpret and apply feedback constructively within cross-functional teams.
6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities in a remote environment.
