Description
IT Support Ops Expert (AI Data Trainer)
You will review and label workplace scenarios from a B2B SaaS environment to help train and evaluate an AI agent. Using structured guidelines and contextual integrity norms, you will judge whether specific attributes (e.g., access details, user data, internal notes) are appropriate for the AI agent to use and what information should be visible to different people in the scenario (“cast members”). This is a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible hours at SME Careers (SuperAnnotate).
Key Responsibilities
- Review B2B SaaS workplace scenarios (executor role, task, cast, and a list of attributes).
- For each attribute, judge appropriateness for the AI agent’s use and visibility to each cast member.
- Label yes/no/undecidable with a short justification grounded in contextual integrity norms.
- Handle ambiguity by applying guidelines consistently and documenting reasoning clearly.
- Maintain high quality and consistency across high-volume labeling workflows.
Your Profile
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations in a B2B SaaS company (or similar environment).
- Strong English writing and reasoning skills (required).
- Familiarity with common IT/SaaS workflows: access provisioning, support ticket escalation, incident response, employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Comfort reading basic technical context (you do not need to be an expert coder).
- High attention to detail and ability to apply structured rubrics consistently.
- Experience with tools like ticketing systems, identity/access systems, or internal IT processes is a plus.
