Security Ops Expert (AI Data Trainer)

You will evaluate security-relevant workplace scenarios in a B2B SaaS setting to train an AI agent on safe and appropriate information handling. You’ll label whether attributes (e.g., security alerts, audit logs, access history, policy exceptions) are appropriate for the AI agent to use, and what should be visible to each cast member—based on structured guidelines and contextual integrity norms. This is a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible hours at SME Careers (SuperAnnotate).

Key Responsibilities

• Review structured security-related scenarios (executor role, task, cast, attributes).
• Determine whether each attribute is appropriate for AI agent use and visible to each cast member.
• Provide yes/no/undecidable labels with brief, policy-aligned justification using contextual integrity norms.
• Apply guidelines consistently under ambiguity (e.g., unclear permissions, partial context).
• Flag edge cases where visibility or usage could introduce risk (privacy, security, compliance).

Your Profile

• 1+ years of experience in Security Operations / GRC / IAM / Security Support at a B2B SaaS company or similar.
• Strong English writing and reasoning skills (required).
• Familiarity with SaaS security workflows: access provisioning, internal data access reviews, incident response, user lifecycle controls.
• Comfortable interpreting basic security context (alerts, access requests, policy language); no advanced coding required.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with rules-based decision making.
• Experience with IAM, SOC workflows, compliance checks, or security ticketing is a plus.
