Talent Assessment Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Assessment Specialist to support our hiring operations by reviewing both candidate CVs and AI-conducted interviews. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality, fairness, and integrity of our hiring process. In this role, you will evaluate candidate profiles, assess recorded interviews, and provide structured recommendations to support hiring decisions across both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to make consistent, objective evaluations in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate candidate profiles and interviews by reviewing CVs and recorded AI-conducted interviews across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Assess candidate qualifications against job descriptions and project requirements to determine role fit and readiness.
  • Identify relevant skills, experience, and career progression, ensuring alignment with role expectations and seniority levels.
  • Detect inconsistencies, missing information, or potential red flags in candidate applications or interview responses.
  • Ensure interview authenticity and integrity by identifying suspicious activity, misuse, or discrepancies during AI-conducted interviews.
  • Verify candidate information through professional profiles, work history, and supporting materials when necessary.
  • Apply structured evaluation criteria to shortlist qualified candidates and support consistent hiring decisions.
  • Provide clear, concise reviewer notes and structured feedback to explain evaluation outcomes and final recommendations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and internal teams to ensure evaluation standards and role requirements remain aligned.

Your Profile

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience in CV screening, recruitment support, interviewing, talent evaluation, or hiring operations
  • Strong analytical and observational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications and identify relevant experience
  • Fluent in English. Excellent written communication skills for clear and structured evaluation feedback
  • Ability to make objective, fair, and consistent decisions
  • A personal laptop or computer capable of reliably reviewing CVs, recorded interviews, and completing evaluation tasks.
