Business Intelligence Evaluators

Mercor is seeking expert evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab.

This project focuses on the Business Intelligence domain, where you will assess agent-generated research reports related to sales performance, marketing analytics, KPI dashboards, competitor analysis, and market research data.

Who We're Hiring

We are looking for evaluators with a background in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Sales Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.

This role is ideal for professionals who have:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, or related roles

• Experience working with sales reports, KPI dashboards, performance metrics, or competitor analysis

• Hands-on exposure to market research data and business performance tracking

• Strong understanding of data interpretation, trend analysis, and business reporting

• Experience sourcing and validating tables, statistics, and business data from credible public sources

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written communication skills

• Comfort working independently and asynchronously

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity

• Assess the correctness of business insights derived from sales data, KPI dashboards, and market research

• Verify tables, statistics, and performance metrics using publicly available sources and industry-standard references

• Identify inconsistencies in competitor analysis, sales reporting, and marketing data interpretation

• Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines

• Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks

Role Details

• Part-time (20–40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling

• Competitive rates: $40–$60/hour depending on expertise
