Mercor is the first company to work as AI freelancer roles. It have positive impact overall. But the task or work which get assigned are limited so can't rely
Pros: well paid on time, smooth onboarding
Cons: takes long duration to review the application profile for specific role

Been on Mercor for 6 months doing coding and AI training tasks. The open-box model is refreshing — you can see exactly who you are working with and clients can see your profile. Pay is hourly and competitive for the AI space. The expert matching works well once your profile is set up. I wish there were more consistent long-term projects rather than short engagements.
Pros: Transparent open-box model, competitive hourly pay, client visibility, strong expert marketplace with 300K+ professionals
Cons: Most engagements are short-term, could use more long-term project options
