Established company with supportive culture
Innodata has been in the AI data services space since 1988, which gives them enterprise credibility and process maturity. The team culture is supportive and remote work flexibility is a real benefit. Training is provided and the RLHF and model evaluation work is meaningful. The compensation side is where it falls short — pay is modest relative to the expertise required, and when projects end it is a no-work-no-pay situation.
