Flexible remote work with set-your-own schedule
Welocalize through their Welo Data brand offers decent annotation and LLM enhancement work. The set-your-own-schedule flexibility is genuine and the projects are more stable than typical gig platforms. Good for multilingual contributors. Pay is reasonable but has not seen cost-of-living adjustments in a while. Some training modules are unpaid which is frustrating. Communication from project leads could be more consistent.
