Financial Analysis Evaluators

Mercor is seeking expert evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab.

This project focuses on the Financial Analysis domain, where you will assess agent-generated research reports related to earnings reports, balance sheets, investment performance tables, market comparison data, and trading analytics.

Who We're Hiring

We are looking for evaluators with a background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, or related fields.

This role is ideal for professionals who have:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Investment Research, or related roles

• Experience in analysing earnings reports, income statements, and balance sheets

• Hands-on exposure to investment performance tables, portfolio analysis, or financial modelling

• Experience interpreting market comparison data, benchmarking reports, and sector performance metrics

• Familiarity with trading analytics, financial ratios, and performance indicators

• Experience sourcing and validating financial tables, statements, and market data from credible public sources

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written communication skills

• Comfort working independently and asynchronously

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity

• Assess insights derived from financial statements, earnings reports, and investment performance data

• Verify financial tables, market statistics, and trading analytics using reputable public sources

• Identify inconsistencies in financial analysis, valuation summaries, and market comparisons

• Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines

• Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks

Role Details

• Part-time (20–40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling

• Competitive rates: $40–$60/hour depending on expertise
