Description

Role Overview

  • Mercor is seeking senior FP&A and corporate finance professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 finance contexts.

  • The workflows are calibrated to the planning cycles, reporting cadence, and capital decisions of Fortune 500 and large public companies.

  • Contributors design realistic enterprise finance scenarios, produce reference models and memos, and write rubrics that reflect senior FP&A judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct FP&A scenarios spanning public-company planning, 10-Q and 10-K cycles, earnings preparation, and board / CFO / CEO reporting packages.

  • Build three-statement models, driver-based forecasts, and variance analyses at $1B+ revenue scale.

  • Develop tasks involving capital allocation, M&A integration finance, treasury, and investor relations exposure.

  • Work with enterprise EPM platforms (Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Oracle Hyperion, Pigment) as deployed in F500 finance stacks.

  • Author rubrics that capture the analytical depth and communication standards expected of F500 finance leaders.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a Fortune 500 or large public company, OR in a finance advisory role serving F500 clients (Big 4 advisory, MBB, top-tier investment banks).

  • Direct experience with public-company reporting cycles, board-level materials, and enterprise budgeting at material scale.

  • Fluency in enterprise EPM and modeling tooling used in F500 finance organizations.

  • Prior rubric, training, or technical content authorship is a plus.

Compensation Note

  • Hourly Pay: $85 to $120 per hour, set by Mercor based on demonstrated expertise.

  • Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.

  • Onboarding via the Mercor Rubric Academy, a paid program that calibrates contributors to the quality bar before live work.

  • Advancement: strong contributors move into reviewer, lead, and domain SME roles with elevated rates.
