About the Role

Mercor is seeking experienced real estate sales agents to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in your domain. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be asked to create deliverables regarding common requests regarding your professional domain 

• You’ll be asked to review peer developed deliverables to improve AI research

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience in your respective domain

• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills

Project Timeline

• Start Date: Immediate

• Duration: ~2 weeks (with the potential for project expansion)

• Commitment: ~20 hours/week required

Compensation & Contract

• Payment: All experts will receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz, regardless of pass or fail outcome. Experts who pass the onboarding quiz will immediately enter a work trial period where they will receive a one-time $1,500 payment conditioned on successful approval of their first task. After which, expert payment will shift to hourly pay.
