We are launching a strategic initiative focused on the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and search fund ecosystem.

The core focus of this project is to deconstruct and map out the end-to-end lifecycle of developing a high-caliber Investor Deal Package. This includes the iterative creation of institutional-grade financial models, investor slide decks, the Investment Memorandum (IM), and all supporting collateral required to advance a target from proprietary sourcing to a successfully closed acquisition.
