Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a seasoned Attorney, where your expertise in complex litigation and sophisticated legal workflows will directly shape the future of legal technology. Leverage your litigation experience to create robust evaluation frameworks and enhance AI-driven legal solutions, all while collaborating in a fully remote and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and synthesize multi-document case files to develop comprehensive rubrics for AI model evaluation.
2. Draft, review, and refine legal prompts and test scenarios for discovery management, motion practice, and regulatory compliance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in legal data interpretation and issue spotting.
4. Advance AI model capabilities using your expertise in complex legal research, writing, and evidentiary synthesis.
5. Lead the development of best practices for document analysis and legal reasoning across varied practice areas.
6. Bridge subject-matter expertise with technical teams to validate and improve AI-generated legal outputs.
7. Contribute to ongoing process innovation by applying insights from high-stakes litigation and regulatory environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a litigator managing document-intensive cases through discovery and dispositive motions.
3. Demonstrated expertise in complex legal research, writing, and drafting sophisticated motions and briefs.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
5. Advanced proficiency in discovery management, case strategy, and issue spotting in fast-paced legal contexts.
6. Proven ability to synthesize evidentiary materials in securities litigation, mass tort/MDL, bankruptcy, M&A, or regulatory compliance.
7. Track record of strategic thinking and process optimization in high-stakes legal settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Direct experience in one or more specialized legal workflows: multi-document evidentiary synthesis, contingent litigation strategy, bankruptcy and restructuring, due diligence at scale and/or multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance.
2. Experience collaborating with AI/tech teams or developing legal evaluation frameworks for technology-driven solutions.
3. Strong interest or prior experience in legal technology or innovation.
